If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the unworn items can be returned for a size exchange, a return voucher or a refund of the amount paid, within 14 days from the shipping date.
Return Instructions:
 To request return authorization, the customer must send a request to the address  within 14 days of receiving the order.
The e-mail must specify the codes of the items to be returned and the desired compensation: size exchange, return voucher or refund.
Once the return request has been received, will send the customer a confirmation email in which he will indicate the procedure to follow.
 The return of the items must be received at the headquarters of within 10 days of the return request.

      It is possible to exchange or return the item free of charge for one time only.
Good Return
      It can be used within 6 months of the return.
  • Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed;
  • For orders paid by credit card, debit card, PayPal or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account;
  • For orders paid in Cash, the customer must indicate the IBAN of an account  for the transfer.
  • Returned items must not show any sign of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
  • Each item must be returned including all the original labels, packaging and accessories (bags, etc.) received with the order.
  • All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging .
  • In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in the shipments by, he is required to follow the same instructions as above. 
  • reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to the own warehouses.
  • reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
  • will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
  •  The cost of the return from abroad is charged to the customer.
